TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is an official proposal by Sole Proprietor Oleksandr Romanovych Hohol (Tax Identification Number 3565703955, registered address: Ukraine, Dnipro, Panikakha Street, Building 77a, phone: +380507322111), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," to conclude an agreement under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Acceptance (agreement) of this Offer is carried out by registering a User on the website reserveme.app and further using the service. Acceptance of this Offer means that the User has read and agrees with all its terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider grants the User access to the online table reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Service allows Users to create a personal booking page and accept online reservations.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment for the use of the Service is made on a subscription basis through the payment system WayForPay.

3.2. The subscription provides for automatic monthly debits.

3.3. Refunds are not provided.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service exclusively for reservations;
  • Receive technical support regarding the operation of the Service;
  • Discontinue using the Service at any time without a refund.

4.2. The User agrees to:

  • Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
  • Not share their account credentials with third parties;
  • Comply with the Service usage rules established by the Service Provider.

4.3. The Service Provider has the right to:

  • Make changes to the Service without prior notice to the User;
  • Block the User’s access to the Service in case of rule violations.

5. Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Service Provider undertakes not to transfer Users' personal data to third parties.

5.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the terms of this Offer without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Offer is always available on the website reserveme.app.

6.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made to the Offer constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new terms.

6.3. All disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
